Dress Rehearsal

Thrasher Horne

Call Time:

Start Time:

Check-In: Lobby

Dress rehearsal is where the dancers get to try the big stage without the big audience! This is also where we iron out all the details with the theatre - from lighting to sound to explaining the flow of the show. This usually takes longer than the show itself due to the extra in-person communication.

Check-in will be in the lobby and will be sorted by last name. Once your dancer's name tag is received, head into the theater and find your first dance on the sides of the aisles. Volunteers will be there to help you find your seat & to guide each class to the wings (the sides of the stage) when it's their turn to line up & dance. There will be limited dressing room space & are only reserved for students with multiple dances/ quick changes, so come dressed for your first dance. There will also be a few changing tents available in the wings for easy & private changing. Once your dancer is finished with their dances, they are welcome to stay & watch or go home.

Recital Day

Thrasher Horne

Call Time: 5pm

Show Time: 6pm

Check-In:

South Loading Dock (back of theater)

This is show day where all of our practice comes to life! Dancers must check-in backstage at the South loading dock in the back of the theater. Once checked-in, dancers will be escorted to their assigned dressing room. The audience is seated once doors open 30 mins before the show starts. We will be having one big show with 2 intermissions. Dancers will stay backstage in their assigned dressing rooms, & may join the audience during intermissions. If they'd like to be a part of the Finale, they will need to come back stage 3 dances before to line up. We will NOT be announcing when they should go backstage for this, so keep an eye out on the program! Once the show is finished, dancers can be picked up by the check-in table backstage.
