Parent & Me
Student and parent participation. Creative movement class exploring various forms of dance & music. Focuses on developing locomotor skills, balance, creativity, flexibility, & strength. May use props.

Attire
Dancers: Leotard/dancewear or soft, comfortable clothes. Bare feet. Hair out of face.
Parents: Comfortable, athletic clothes. Sneakers or barefoot.
